I'm quite a bit older than you, so my experience may not be the same. (Plus, we're different people. We all seem to go through this a bit differently.) I've been on hormones four weeks. Surprisingly, I notice a few changes. I can't tell if my breasts are starting, but the nipples are softer and stick out more. I also seem to be carrying a bit more weight in my lower abdomen even though I don't weigh any more. I haven't noticed any other changes.
The day I started hormones I took four pictures of myself without clothes - front, back, and each side. In two days I'll take another set. And I'll take another set each monthly anniversary until I lose interest in doing that, just to record the changes.
Although I haven't experienced the hard knot behind the nipples this time, I did experience them when going through puberty. I was delighted at the time because I thought it meant I was developing breasts and
that meant my male stuff would fall off and then I'd be a girl. (I was
terribly naïve.

) I'd be curious to learn what happens with your knots.
Isn't this a wonderful journey?
