hi everyone its me kathy again. its been a while since i posted my intro so i figured id do a little update.

well in the past 2 weeks i have come out to both my mom and my brother. surprizingly they both took it better than i thought they would. my mom kinda forced it out of me, all because i havnt really talked to her lately and she knew there was something on my mind. she just had to push. lol..  And my brother i have always been able to talk to. i went over to his place and we were drinking and chatting and i just came out and told him.

outside of that im doing pretty good. just waiting for my move so i can go full time and really get my transition going..

oh yea a little about my camping trip last week.  it was great outside of the face that i couldnt let the true me out and just be myself. i had to go in guy mode and i hated that. but it was a good trip otherwise.

well i guess ill get off here and just waist some more time waiting to move.lol..

  Welcome and thats great that your mom and brother took it well. One will never know. Just keep doing what you are doing to be yourself. In time it will be done.

Oh that is great news that you have told your Mom and brother.
I bet it is a relief not to have to hide it from them. From how you are posting I gather you are TS. Right? Can you be yourself at home?

If not than the best way to go forward now is to move out and get your own place.
Are you going to college or do you have a job?
Try planning your future instead of just waiting for things to happen.
Another thing you should do is get a gender therapist who will help you with your inter and outer struggles.

A tough hurddle overcome in telling your mother and brother, some thing that in my transition took a long time and much anguish.

You have started the process, now it is just a matter of keeping on track, doing things right and finding happiness...
