I wish i could go to sleep and dream about being a girl... physically. But I suck at lucid dreaming...

Most times I sleep and dream, I see myself as male in my dreams.

I usually dream I'm a girl in a guys body.

Sometimes I dream I'm a girl or am transitioning to one though... those are my happiest dreams. :)
If you do not agree to my demands... TOO LATE

I usually dream of what I did not have.  I am a woman, married to a wonderful, loving man and usually I am a Mother.  I have four children, three boy and a daughter,  Funny that is the number of kids I do have. ;D

In my case, dream is a reflection of my real everyday life.

Some examples:

wearing a skirt and fearing that somebody would scold me for that (I have never worn a skirt in my work place. sigh...).

Some wicked men stalk or glare at me (have you ever seen those eyes of men that scrutinize a supposedly beautiful woman in the street?).

Wearing a beautiful skirt and showing off it in a crowded street (I sometimes enjoy this).

Just do it.

In my dreams, sometime I am a man, sometimes I'm in transition, and sometimes I'm a woman.

I think I had one particularly defining dream in about 7th grade, before I started getting hair on my dick.

In this particularly memorable dream, I have a girlfriend.  There is romance, companionship, fun,...  the context escapes me.  It's not at an amusement park or carnival, but it might as well be.  So now we go to bed, but there is hesitation on both our parts.  But a look flashes between us, a recognition of superlative trust – and we get undressed.  I have no hair on my little tiny peanut, and she is flat-chested as can be.  We lay down on the bed, and embrace, holding each other tightly, face to face, and fall contentedly asleep.

Other romance dreams would have sex in them.  Other romance dreams would fade quickly upon wakening, leaving only a faint residue of the positive emotions such dreams evoked.  I don't think this was really a romance dream.

I think both of the characters were me, and that it was a dream of accepting myself.  I am both a girl with no tits and a boy who lacks some fundamental and essential element of maleness.  But, at least at that point in my life when I had the dream, and really all the time that I recall the dream, and embrace the dream as truth – the dream signified that the two parts could be whole, that they could trust and love each other and themselves.

This interpretation is particularly apropos to the Native American interpretation of me being a berdache, a two-spirit.  From that angle, I can interpret the dream as the two spirits agreeing to share my one body.  Almost like two people with timeshares of the same vacation condo.
It's easier to change your sex and gender in Iran, than it is in the United States.  Way easier.

Please read my novel, Dragonfly and the Pack of Three, available on Amazon - and encourage your local library to buy it too! We need realistic portrayals of trans people in literature, for all our sakes

Sometimes.  I mean, I usually don't remember my dreams, and only really dream when I'm upset... so actually, I'm female in most of my dreams.  The remembered ones anyways.

Yes, quite often actually  Just last night I dreamed I was trying to decide which sweater would look best with a dress after just getting out of the shower. Then various people kept showing up before I was dressed  :o So I asked my sister to bring me a towel. She brings a small old towel that I use for a rag to work on the car and some plastic wrap  ???

depends. the vast majority of my dreams involve slight differentiations on the past. so, i look like i did then - a girl. my more bizarre dreams that have no basis in reality involve me looking male.

I've been female in all of my dreams for several years now. It didn't become constant until after I went full-time.

"Ideal" is a dangerous word.
I don't think I've ever dreamed of being my ideal self, because I don't what my 'ideal self' is.
Does my ideal self have big boobs or small boobs? Long hair or short hair? Tall or short? Dark or light skin? Blue or brown eyes?
I really don't know.
Personally, my dreams are chaotic, I often switch genders and appearance throughout them - nor am I always human, or even organic.

Other than having well proportioned boobs and having a vagina rather than the annoying dangler I'm not much different in my dreams. Tall, long blonde curly hair and hazel eyes

I have several dreams where I'm a bio-male but still some where I have my current body. Also since I've worked towards transition I have more in between dreams.

I am generally female in my dreams either that or my gender isn't referred to.
It was because of one of these dreams in my early teens where I was female and I was happy about it and everyone else was fine with me begin like that.

I then woke up and yeah I was rather surprised and confused.

Dreams like this have remained common ever since, and I often still have them where I am me as a female or I portray a female character as narrative.

I'm always female in my dreams now.  Even dreams that take place back in time, I'm a woman.

More so now than ever before... in fact I cant remember the last dream that I was my drab self. At first I thought it was because its something I want so badly, but lately it seems to be just natural now. Sometimes though waking up back to reality can be somewhat of a letdown... :'(

Mm-hmm..... :'(

The best dreams I have are where I'm physically male, and I always wake up simultaneously ecstatic and devastated.

Lately, though, I've started having dreams of me in my FtM state. Last night, for instance, I dreamt I was...I guess like a helper or something for Anna Leonowens in Siam (i.e. The King and I/Anna and the King) and all the men in the place walked around topless, as did all of the king's concubines. I, being the manly guy I am, was walking around topless (in my PJ pants... :icon_confused2:), but still had my devil's dumplings, and so everyone thought I was one of the concubines, so I was trying to get across to all these snooty English visitors from the story/films who were staying in the palace that I was randomly wandering around that I was actually a man.

Then I got sick of all the people not understanding I'M A MAN, DAMMIT! and wandered off into a forest and jumped off a cliff into a gianormous pool of water and started narrating the situation in the third person and describing the underwater ferns and how tumultuous the water was for a forest pool. Then I woke up because the phone rang asking me if I wanted to work for some obnoxious pr*ck from Sydney.

And I'm not fabricating one iota of that, that's exactly what I remember happening in The Wonderful, Weird World of William at roughly 9:15 this morning. :icon_dizzy: :icon_headache: :icon_evil_laugh:

xox ::)

I have dreams where I'm a woman all the time, and then I feel really disappointed when I wake up and realize I still have a male body.
