I've never really asked anyone before (yes, I am a bit overweight as you can tell).
I haven't had any hormones or anything yet, because I still don't have a job.
my hair is a bit messy in that pic, but it's not as bad as when I don't straighten it.

I think there is great potential in your face :)

You're very pretty right now. I think I can see some mustache shadow, but other than that you look female already. I am jealous envious.

Thanks, my oldest sister actually told me she was jealous of all my facial features one time.

well the weird thing is I've always kind of had a light mustache shadow since I was about 15, but my facial hair never really grew in more than just kind of a light fuzz.

With the following, I think you'll pass just fine:
- New glasses
- A tidy, feminine haircut
- Accessories (earings, etc)
- Some makeup
With your facial shape and structure, I'd guess that HRT will make you lose the androdyny and gain more femninity.

I def. would not start shaving. Learn to use a good wax hair remover like GiGi or an epilator. I'd stay away from chemi stuff like Nair though. Nothing looks worse than a chem. burn

Grow your hair out and let it be curly. Maybe add a few high lights

And what girl doesn't like make up and earrings? Allot of online make up sites will offer good advice as to how to use their products so you don't end up looking like a clown on the street corner

You have very nice full lips.  I would love to see you made up right now and see how you do.  Almost no guys have lips like that.

I noticed the lips also. They're allot like mine

I'd go with a Wine, Plum, Berry or Currant color lip stick and find matching shades of eye shadow etc. to set off your features. Most make up Co.s will suggest what goes together and matches your skin tone

IMO, too dark. I'd go for lipsticks in the beige range to set off the olive skin. Eye shadow, smoky bronzes.
Anyway, experiment and find what suits you :D

It would be interesting to see what HRT do to your face since you have good potential there.

You can start by letting your hair grow and maybe if you dare, getting your ears pierced.

Good bone structure and nice rounded jawline. I bet when you smile, like really smile because you're happy, that you have one of those smiles that brighten up the room.
You'd probably also wear long curls well, the soft wavy ones, not the really really curly ones.
