I guess this explains why I live in Northern Palm Beach County, Florida. Austin and DC? Forget about it, I'd prefer Manhattan in a New York minute.

RE Miami, if you fly into or out of MIA be careful. The locals are quite violent. FLL and PBI are much friendlier choices.
