I usually wear US women's size 10, or 10W, or 265 mm. Fortunately, compared with my height (6 feet), my foot is relatively small. However, the largest size in my country is mostly 255 mm, and I should order special ones for my size. So, I never purchased high heels here. All I have now are from the U.S.
Also, in the U.S., there are some confusions on women's shoe size, especially for high heel pumps. Thus, usually I wear 4-inch high heels sandals, even in winter.

I returned it and get size 11. It is still small to my feet. I barely could wear it, but with silk stockings, it is easier to wear. It just served as my occasional fetish toy indoors:
