Now that I've come out and decided to transition my relationship with my fiance is amazing. First off, she's just too much fun in any situation. She's my lover and best friend. (& thankfully no stranger to girls ;)) We've been through a lot together. 9 years & not all of them easy. We are starting a new life together now. One in which I am no longer the living dead! We have plans for travel again. We are planning on relocating after I go full time. We are proactive now about our future together. Since coming out to her this March the stuff that used to upset us just makes us laugh. She loved me then as she loves me now. I was always Jill. She knew it in spite of me. We laugh about it all the time. Fate is kind after all. Be patient, laugh more,  and believe in true love!

So grateful!

Of course it's not all sunshine. Life is still life.

Day 3 without my pretty pink No.9 100's! I Quit Smoking!

Start Propecia & have consult for hairline restoration 05/20 Yay! but Oy, the money!

Start Electrolysis 05/27 Yay! but Ouch!

Anticipation for the coming steps in my transition is at once sublime and painfully constant.

Enjoying the journey regardless!

It's actually very nice to read of someone finding happiness in her transition, far too many seem to have unrelievedly bad times.

Congrats to both you and your fiancee.

I really do appreciate how blessed I am with my relationship.
There is another way I'm truly blessed though... Having you, my family on Susan's Place. So much compassion and genuine warmth in this place. Boys and Girls alike. Just a great bunch of people.

Thank goodness we have each other. Especially this early in my transition. I sometimes run to the computer after work to post and read posts.
