Hello all, I'am new here and I have a question. Has any one used over the counter creams and pills to grow breasts and if so what was the outcome. I started using two different creams about three months ago and now I have
started to bud this past week. Also I gained about a half to three quarters of an inch. I didnt think it was going to work but i kept at it. Now I'am thinking if they are going to get any bigger. I hope so.
Thank you all in advance.

Hi Kathy!

Welcome to Susan's :)

Herbal and cream breast enhancers have been discussed quite a lot here. In general they simply do not work. Some creams will give a slight increase but its more inflammation then actual growth. I too tried herbal and cream breast enhancement products years ago. With months of taking herbal supplements I saw now change at all and also discovered that they can cause liver damage. With creams I also though I saw some enlargement but it faded within days of stopping usage.

here are a few topics I found by using the search feature near the upper right hand corner of this page.

Hope you are able to find some useful information. :)

Hi Cami,
Thank you for replying back but I have another question then. What are the hard lumps behind the nipples? And Also my nipples are very, very tender. More like sore to the touch.

Hmm, that's interesting. I'll be the first to admit that when they saw me coming at med school they locked the doors and called an exorcist!

I know very little about medicine so perhaps someone else here might have some better information for you.

It does sound like breast bud development as I had the same but I am on HRT. I would seek medical advice as it needs diagnosed properly and any lump can be suspicious for obvious reasons. When I had bud growth I went to my docs and confirmed breast bud development, I was a little worried at the time, but came out pleased, lol.

Hi kathy,

I have a similar experience with my breasts. I think some people here also refer to it as "knotting".

All I know is we all respond differently to herbs and E.

I have always had a form of Pseudogynecomastia..which in my case means great looking mature breasts with smaller nipples and some degree of bud development. This compares with traditional gynecomastia which is more like the "tanner" development from E, with pronounced nipple and areoale development in the early stages.

Nothing to worry about, but always worth getting checked if it nags at you.

Hi Kathy, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 2230 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. :icon_hug:

And be sure to check out

Welcome to the boob club.  I had the same time about 8 months ago.  Tenderness, lumps behind the nipples, the whole thing.  It passed.  Now I get the tenderness at a growth spurt.

Thank you all for the reply's. I will be going to see the md next week just to make sure that the lumps are not bad. I hope they are breast development.
I will post the results. Thank you again. K.

So I have another question. After the lumps or knots start to go away did your breasts grow? And if so how much? Thanks again. K.

I wouldn't recommend using the herbal/estrogen cream stuff--they're overpriced and won't do as much for you as (the significantly cheaper) testosterone blockers, estrogen, and possibly progesterone would.

The hard, painfully sensitive lumps under your nipples are normal for trans women who've just started hormones. For me, they went away as my boobs started growing, but without the testosterone blockers, and using something as sketch as homeopathic/over-the-counter boob growth stuff, i'm not exactly sure what would happen to you w.r.t. that.

Another point that may be important, is that if you decide to go to a doctor or endo to begin hormone therapy, they may require you to be "off" herbals for a length of time prior to starting.  This has been the case with a few girls in our local support group.  Anytime we mess with our endocrine system (including herbals, etc.) it is risky, so it is important to do this under the care of a doctor.  We do want to enjoy our lives in our correct gender, so we need to be as healthy as we can.

Same here.
If both breasts are similar I wouldn't worry too much.
