So along time ago, ok not too long ago.  I said in one of my threads that I hated talking to anyone in person... so unless I found a therapist who could do my therapy over MSN or something I probably wouldn't feel comfortable doing it.  Well I never actually expected to find one, but I did!  Rather my SO did.  His rates are $35.00 a session, or $100.00 for 4.  He states that he can and will approve you for hormones within 3 months, and GRS in 6.....  Seems a bit too good to be true but since I don't even have enough for $35.00 a session I haven't even attempted to contact him yet.  Anyway I'm going to post the link here.  If this helps anyone else out, GREAT.  If anyone has had experience with this particular person PLEASE give feed back.

If I remember right he is also Nero's therapist, and he is quite pleased with him.

Unless one has great mental health coverage thru insurance, thats dirt cheap.

In the past I've paid between $12 to $30 for co-pays. That also included a limit of 20 or so visits a year.

Another upside to this, if one dosent go thru their insurance company theres less chance that the insurer will know right off the bat.

He is located physically in/around Manila, Philippines.
I'm also considering him for therapy considering what I need a recommendation for (not just surgery) while using a local (gender) therapist that my health insurance covers for local things. (0 copay is win in that respect)

I just couldn't believe my eyes when i saw it. Adrianna had said she'd feel more comfortable doing it online. I just didn't think anyone actually would do it. I'm very happy at the price. Unfortunately we dont even have that right now but we will. IT makes me smile knowing that things are working out!

You must pay for it? In Germany it is free. Our health insurance pay the bill. I guess, your system need something to change. And yes,we can!

OHIP or Ontario Health Insurance Program. Pays for everything considered medically necessary.  Therapy isn't covered, however it seems the surgery its self is!  Only 10 people per year though from what I've heard.  Normally benifits provided by work would cover it, but my work provides none

went to Dr Peveller as i needed a srs referal  and Nero had spoken highly of him too.

He is a super therapist and i always look forward to our chats, i now also have all the recommendations i need and will probably still see him as it is really nice to just talk to him.

I would no hesitate to anyone thinking of using him

Could you tell me what happens in the first session?  Like what you do on your end? (i want to make it as easy for Adrianna as possible ^_^ less stress that way) And how does he give you the recommendation is it just a letter you get emailed LOL see i don't know a darned thing. I mabie sound silly for asking as I am not the one going through it but i want to help make Adrianna's life easier. Shes the only one working right now though i'm trying desperately to get a job and i want to get all the little stuff out of her way ^_^. I guess i wanna feel useful.

Dr. Graham is an angel. He truly cares about his patients. He took care of everything, even set everything up with my surgeon of choice. He is extremely qualified, is licensed in Britain and the US, but stationed in the Philippines. If your doctor/endo/surgeon has any questions about online therapy, he will answer them. He has done this for a long time.

I spoke to him once a week, but he is flexible. He follows the SOC, but also takes individual circumstances into account. I received my HRT letter after 3 months with him, and my top surgery letter after 5 months.

I got a lot more out of this than I did with face-to-face gender therapy. It was really hard for me to talk about my issues in person. For some reason, I felt a lot of shame talking about this in person. But online, I felt comfortable. I could explain everything and not worry about being judged on my feminine appearance (which my last gender therapist did). Dr. Graham also said that he feels doing this online helps to take away any subconscious thoughts about the gendered appearance of the client. Online therapy removes any questions or thoughts about the person's appearance and just focuses on internal gender. My last therapist focused heavily on my appearance and inability to pass. With Dr. Graham I felt safe and anonymous.

Dr. Graham became a friend and advocate. Our chats and phone conversations were invaluable. I can't recommend him enough. Anyone with any questions about Dr. Graham or online gender therapy, please feel free to pm me.
