I hate transition at times. This is not a journey that should be embarked on lightly. Read everything and thought I was stronger than this to let my emotions get to me, but alas they have of late.
Alls ok just starting to feel the exhaustion of walking up that mountain and seeing the summit.

That's why you should take the time to see how far up the mountain you are now (looking back) and also your current surroundings on the mountain. Like any mountain, this one isn't scaleable in one climb. :)

It is a long slog, but it is worth it.  It can seem overwhelming at times, but just take a breather and then climb toward that next plateau!
