Finasteride (Proscar), who takes this here and what are the side effects?

Hi,

May I know who among you takes this? Instead of taking Spiro/Cyproterone, is this one not better as an anti-androgen? Besides killing sex drive, what are the side effects? Is this generally dangerous to the liver?
