Gender Identity is a very broad brush when it comes to describing
those who have issues with their anatomical gender, from the
crossdresser to the transsexual (one who identifies with the other
gender). The two are very separate: one is psychological and the other
is neurological. Unfortunately, some in the community want to use the
extreme ends of the spectrum to mischaracterize the whole group.
