I am gonna be stuck in europe for the next week, and today is time for my next hormone injection and i have plenty of estrogen to inject, but my question is if i am healthy for the most part, is it going to ransack my endocrine system if i inject a dose of estrogen without having my spiro around?  i wont be able to get more for about a week, maybe 2 weeks possibly   >:(

really a question for a doctor, but i imagine youll be ok.  might retain more fluid as spiros a diuretic.

Is "spiro" a 'script med in Europe? Or can you just walk into a pharmacy and buy it over the counter?

You should be fine. It takes a while for T levels to rise and start being produced again -- especially if you've been on estrogen and spiro for a long while. In fact, estrogen can (especially over time) help to suppress T production. You might start feeling an affect after a week or two, but I highly doubt you're T levels are gonna jump and you're gonna all of a sudden masculinize. I also believe the affects of spiro stay in your system for a while, and it takes a long while for your system to recover. If you've been on it long enough, and estrogen, things would probably not ever recover to the same they were before. So, in other words, I wouldn't worry too much.

If you get paranoid about your levels or start feeling out of it due to hormone levels changing after a week or two, grab a bottle of Saw Palmetto extract and follow directions on the back of the bottle. Saw Palmentto is thought to inhibit (block) T to some degree; however, I don't think (or know if) it's as strong as spiro or other blockers. Both spiro and SP inhibit DHT (Dihydrotestosterone -- Testosterone), but probably not equally and it's important to have a doctor monitor your T levels to have you on the correct dose (herbals, you have no idea -- it might be doing very little). If you've been on blockers and estrogen for a while, and your levels are already low, it might help allievate symptoms of T levels slowly rising over time -- might is they key word. it might not do much, either, and the reaction might not be strong enough for you have to be taking it for a long while before it even does much. So, it's up to you.

In the end, the lesson is to ensure when traveling that you have enough medication for your entire trip and some extra if needed.

I have read on another site that if you are on enough Estrogen you can do without Spiro, so you should be ok till you get more. Can't go into dosages sorry.

Try living in europe where injectable HRT's are banned in the U.K. I would like to try them but here they are illegal.
