So, I'm wondering ... do I get to look forward to outgrowing all my rings along with possibly outgrowing my shoes?

Not sure; but guys tend to wear different rings to gals. So you may want to change them anyway.

Oh, I usually wear pretty unisex rings.  Mostly those black and silver ones made of steel.  Actually, the real issue is that I was looking at a ring that I was considering buying, when I suddenly thought, "But will I still be wearing the same size this time next year?"

I'm having the same sort of thing with ear rings. If I have my ears pierced do I put in "manly" or girly? ->-bleeped-<- I hate the small stuff. But that is what is noticed. Sorry getting peed.

My fingers haven't gotten any bigger hairer yeah but not bigger my feet grew 1 1/2 size but thats it. Depends on the person me thinks..

Your feet grew 1 1/2 sizes? That's alot. How old were you when you started T? I've read some guys feet grow and other don't. I suspect it depends on the age you started T. (Yes, I would like it if my feet end up getting bigger).

 As a genetic guy and still in guy mode I wouldnt worry so much on the rings. Unless your kinda into the goth motiff or something I would limit it to one or two rings at most. I kinda doubt your hands will grow much.

Also, it depends on who you are trying to pass towards. Men wont notice your rings unless they are gay, probably not often then. Women though tend to pick up on nuances like that, and an abundance of rings or especially notable rings (beyond a wedding band) will draw a womens attention pretty quick I bet.

If your hoping that your hands get more manly, dont try and make up for it with rings. I've known/met many guys with small and even effimate hands. Dont sweat it, its all in your confidence. Actually, if you want to be quickly identified as a guy, do sweat. Lol.

my class ring is tight now.  i heard T makes your cartilege grow, so you may have trouble with getting your ring/s over your knuckles.

On the topic of rings, I bought an emerald/white sapphire ring set in a floral pattern around a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, I can't wear it because it's 10k and irritates me badly. But I wore it for a while. I got it because it was gorgeous, I like emerald, sometimes like flowers, and felt like it was 'turning over a new leaf.'

Wearing high heeled boots has gotten me compliments. Blouses have gotten me compliments. Changing my eyebrows. Long nails got me envy and compliments.

Wearing a ring freaked people the hell out. The only time, ever, a customer directly stated 'I'm not sure if you're wanting to become a woman, or what' (though to her credit, she was a nice, if eccentric older lady who I talked to for some time afterwards. I didn't out myself, but we talked about various things and fashion. She said "I can't understand people if I don't ask questions, so I ask questions." If I hadn't been at work I probably would have had a very different talk with her.)

I recently came out to a friend, who told me that she never really saw my clothes as feminine or gay, just 'an intelligent man who took care of himself, except for when you were wearing the ring.'

I kept telling people 'It's a ring. It's just a ring. Really, it's a ring. Jewelry. Made of stones and metal that are shiny. It's JUST A RING.'

Part of the reason I stopped wearing it was because it got tiring.

Well, since I am gay, I guess I don't have to worry too much, then.    Here's an example of the kinds of rings I like to wear.  Gay as hell?  Sure.  Too femy?  Probably not.



Actually, this is the ring I'm looking at.  A little geeky, but I like it. 



But in any case, I don't give a rat's patooty what people think of my fashion sense, or if I look too feminine, or if "real men" will look at me askance.  Lord knows, after years of refusing to adopt one set of stereotypes, I'm sure as heck not going to turn around and embrace another.  I just want to know if my fingers are likely to be growing over the next few months.

I don't know if my fingers grew because I didn't and don't wear rings, but my hands are bigger - gloves fit more tightly and some don't fit at all. I dunno if it's fingers, palm, or both though.
