Jogger Finds Dead Man Dressed in Drag

A jogger found a dead man, wearing women's clothing, in Fairmount Park Wednesday morning, police sources told NBC 10.

The man was found around 6:15 by a woman jogging along the 3500 block of Chamounix Drive near Ford Road. She contacted Philadelphia Police.
