I was thinking more about rib removal & hip enhancement surgeries. I've heard about them but dunno where I can get info about surgeons.
If you're serious about rib removal the place to look into is the TSMC in Pittsburgh (run by a TS surgeon).
As for waist improvement, I also got a cincher thing but I never ended up wearing it. However, I've managed to lose a full inch by occasional stretching, and by occasional i mean 1-2 minutes at a time, 3-7 times a week. It's just a simple side stretch: You put one arm over your head so that your head is kind of snug in your elbow, and then bend sideways in the other direction. The purpose of the arm over the head is to keep your spine straight, and it also adds a little extra stretch. For more stretch you can cross the leg on the same side over the other one, so that both of the limbs are bending toward the other side, magnifying the stretch on the waist area.
I was skeptical when someone else suggested it on here, but it definitely works, and for so little effort too

.
p.s., if anyone wants my barely used cincher thing it's one of these:
http://www.amazon.com/Squeem-Cotton-Rubber-Waist-Cincher/dp/B000ETL5VK/ref=pd_sim_a_1Size is 26C small or medium, so it's on the small end for most originally-male-bodied folks, but figured I'd ask just in case!
