Was Michael Jackson A Pedophile?
By Michael Bailey | July 1st 2009 12:11 PM

The predictably massive postmortem analysis of Michael Jackson has focused on both his enormous talent and his spectacular strangeness. Although there is lively debate whether Jackson or Elvis Presley is the all time King of Pop, there is no question which of them is the King of Weird.

Elvis Presley had his quirks—secret meetings with Nixon, shooting at television sets, and of course, drug abuse. But these did not compare with Michael Jackson's bizarre physical appearance, abetted by untold plastic surgeries; child-like speech; enjoyment in sleeping with (and perhaps "sleeping with") boys; obsession with Peter Pan; and of course, drug abuse.

MJ is yesterday's news.

How about we let him rest in peace.

Or you can burn his body and drag it thru the streets and hang him from a bridge Fallujah style.

Your choice.

So if Baily thinks its true, then we should doubt it right?  I've always doubted some of it.  Yeah he was weird, but perhaps not that far.

Michael Jackson: Erotic Identity Disorder?

http://www.scientificblogging.com/j_michael_bailey/michael_jackson_erotic_identity_disorder
By Michael Bailey, PhD.
7/1/09

In Was Michael Jackson A Pedophile? we dismissed the idea that Michael Jackson was gay and the unlikeliness of his being a clinical pedophile along with being an autogynephile.  So what was he?

The idea behind erotic identity disorders—that sometimes the sexual object can be inverted into the self—was first proposed by two important Canadian sexual scientists, Kurt Freund and Ray Blanchard. In their seminal paper, they focused on a series of real cases of pedophilic sex offenders who each appeared to be erotically aroused by the idea that they were children. Two of the pedophiles enjoyed putting on boys' gym clothes and pretending to be boys, while masturbating. Another fantasized about being a 10 year old boy whenever he fondled children. Another requested a consultation with a plastic surgeon in order to make his penis look more childlike. These men might be called "autopedophiles." Like autogynephiles (who want to become women and are attracted to women) and apotemnophiles (who want to become amputees and are attracted to amputees), autopedophiles have the sexual desire to become what they love, namely children.

Wow. Dude's body's barely cold and already Bailey's doing his gender autospy.  ::)

I had to ask this question because it reflects allot of who we are inside.

Do I think Michael did something with those boys? I can't honestly say.

So I asked myself "would you let your son spend the night with him?" The answer is no. I would not. I cannot say why i feel that way, perhaps there is the slightest chance Mr. Jackson did something and maybe would with my son.

It's sad in this society that once you are branded or labeled or even accused with something you can never fully recover. It is a matter of trust. Once it is shattered you can never get back to 100%.

I don't know if the Jackson ever touched or did anything inappropriate with boys, however, I would think that he would have held the sleepovers in a big open room downstairs where servants and other adults would have been able to vouch for what went on. Chaperons.

Oh Goddess, can't we just let the man rest in peace?  It's bad enough the media is going to be talking about his death for months, why do we have to analyze his gender or if he was or was not a pedophile?

Just let it go, jeez!  >:(

I agree. He is a boring topic.

I'm not sure about boring, but by dragging his name through the tabloids is no way to treat a person who has died with respect.  People like Bailey or those publishers for tabloids and media folks who insist on continuing to sling mud at MJ's name and somehow try to tarnish his memory, they need to GET A LIFE!

If you want respect in death, try living with some of it in your life.  Fame is a bitch.  And ask Elvis, it don't end just because you die.  Though, as Elvis will also tell you, it pays very, very well.

It still doesn't mean we should tarnish his name, just because he was famous.

Most of that he did on his own.  Or allowed it to happen.

One of the things that goes along with being that famous, that rich, is that so many people just want to be down and roll with you, that you don't have to deal with anything real, and slowly you become divorced from reality.  But all those people around you, as Pink Floyd sang:
The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think.
Oh by the way, which one's Pink?
And did we tell you the name of the game, boy
we call it Riding the Gravy Train.

And the price of being one of those people on that Gravy Train is you never, ever, ever tell the star 'no.'  As soon as you say 'no' to the star, you're gone. But lots of people, perhaps even all persons, need someone to tell them 'no' once in a while.  To tell them - "Hey, being a 35 year old guy having sleepovers with ten year olds - even if nothing ever happens - does not look good."  Or "No Michael, you really don't need more plastic surgery."  Or "No Jerry, I'm not going out to get you more heroin."  "No, Bon Scott (or Hank Williams) you don't need another fifth."  Since that never happens, we sadly know all to well the outcome.
