That's a huge step forward Lynn, congrats on that.  Oh, and don't worry about if you have everything right, the bureaucracy will tell you quickly enough if you haven't .

Remember that bureaucracy is usually painfully slow and nit picky to the extreme so don't get discouraged if circumstances make you wait.  But, who knows?  Everything could go like clockwork too!

4 more days  *Lets out a deep breath*   Im all nervous and excited at the same time and It keeps building.
My theripist gave me a very nice letter to give the judge if and when I get to see him, if I even need to.  <lots of times its just a phone call to save time> and to file with the request

Well, it didnt happen tuesday.... the forms I had were outdated so I had to get new ones.... up and down the elevator from the 1st to 12th floor 17 times while I was there running fools errands just to find out Id have to come back another time after I have my NEW petition for name change noterized......

On the brightside though the librarian on the 12th floor was very VERY nice and found me a form that could exempt me from haveing to pay the fileing and court costs

Im too busey with work durring the week so Im going to try again next tuesday  *hugs*

Sorry that it didn't work out. 
But i'm going to start root you on for next Tuesday.

Didnt have any troubble at the courthouse this time... they were really busey and backlogged but it was all good....

I filed, got my case number but they havnt assigned a court date yet... I'll either have to go back to find out or wait for them to call me.... hopefuly its not too far off 

I cant wait.... seriously cant wait LoL..... I just pray I get one of the liberal judges rather than a hardnose...
