[is getting started on the 15-posts-before-being-able-to-do-anything]

Well first off you all are stunning!!

Obviously im Briana! I'm 19 years old, born in NJ, raised in Tacoma/Seattle & just moved to Houston! I've always known I was born in the wrong body since I can remember. In 8th grade I came out as a very fem. homosexual. The only people who were shocked were my parents who I totally thought knew, i mean hello my mother caught me sleeping in her pantyhose once!    [ :icon_lemon: ]

Even though God or who/what-ever created me put me in the wrong damn body, at least i got fem. features (face, hourglass figure & voice). I dress in womens clothes full time, wear make up every day religiously (have to cover that unsightly facial stubble >:-)), and my voice sounds as if my balls havnt dropped yet! I would say about 8/10 people would never know I was born a man. Maybe people just think I' had my breasts removed or somthing? I have no idea.

My WHOLE (Almot 2 decades haha) life I've never been apart of the LGBT (or is it GLBT) community. The "LOVELY" hell I'd love to call Elementry-Middle-High school years turned me into a very defensive MEAN bitch. I think I tried some support group/club thing and it was equally disspointing. I being immature learned that a community I thought I was suppose to belong to, was full of the same judge mental people I dealt with at school and decided it wasnt for me.

My hands are hurting so im just going to sum this up (if your still reading lol)
- developed a lovely meth habbit (along with whatever I could get my hands on)
- dropped out soph. year.
- 5 rehab stints
- horror story after horror story

Somthing stuck in my last treatment stay & I have almost 3 years off of meth. Not only that but I got to work through alot of issues & reverse alot of my INSANE ways of thinking. Now I won't even hurt a fly :)

ANYWAYS... I hope to continue to learn, change, & evolve. I really have very very very little knowledge of correct terms or how to begin my transitioning untill I found this wonderful place so I hope any one could help me with websites, information & guidance. Thanks if you read this!!!

(annnnnnd remember I am a highschool drop out so I apologize if I'm not the [insert brightest crayon in the box saying here].) http://www.cooper.edu/~hennes/family/stupid.htm

Hi Briana, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 2700 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. :icon_hug:

And be sure to check out

Hi Briana and welcome to Susan's

This is not necessarily the wrong place to post an intro. But the Introduction page may get a few more responses  ;) There are several forums. That may seem overwhelming at first. But after awhile you'll find your way around  :)
The main things to remember in life are Love, Kindness, Understanding and Respect - Always make forward progress

Welcome to Susans hun, even though it looks like you already got 15 posts! I'm slacking  ;)! I too had a special corner of hell that was school, but at least we made it. Surviving can be the hardest thing sometimes, and you not only survived, but started to improve your life. That is something to be proud of :). Oh, and don't worry about school, I'm sure most of us don't remember what we learnded anyways  ;D.

Interesting life so far. I got addicted to acid when I first moved to Texas. Well I'm not sure it was really an addiction, I just did a lot of it. I can also appreciate insane ways of thinking. I'm having to work on that myself, allot.

Love the link

Hi Briana, welcome to Susan's!

I've only been here a few days, and I've already found this to be a warm and welcoming place full of wonderful people who are always ready to give advice or just lend a listening "ear". :)

Jump right in and get comfy, in no time you'll be feeling like you've been here forever!

Don't be scared to fly alone, find a path that is your own
Love will open every door it's in your hands, the world is yours
Don't hold back and always know, all the answers will unfold
What are you waiting for, spread your wings and soar

Hi, Briana! From one newbie to another, WELCOME TO SUSAN'S!

I'm so happy that you've finally come into the GLBT community. (I've only started doing so myself.) I hope that you can get as much out of Susan's as possible, and that you'll also come to receive support from everyone here. =)

I took it from the absolute coolest girl I ever knew, back in the day, in Sonoma County, out at Moringstar/Wheeler.  She died in a very tragic accident, so I honor her - who told me first, that I could be me - by taking her name.

Hey Briana

Welcome!

I still consider myself one of the younger people too so I think we can connect if not on any other basis age hehe.

I'm sure you'll like this place.  I've turned into a nice little stalker here but everyone on the forums is great and I don't know where I'd be in my life without everyone here.  If that's you're photo you are absolutely stunning so clean up off the meth and I'm sure you can have a wonderful life ahead of you!
