yea.  idk why i never looked at him more, but when i did after medalie rejected me, i saw that garramone was actually GOOD at the nipple grafts.   my philosophy was i want perfect nipples or no nipples.  garramone was better than medalie at them IMO, so i went with them.

Sorry, dude.  Didn't mean to leave you out.  Last I'd heard you had decided to delay surgery until Kayden was well enough to give you a ride.  Anyway, congratulations!  I'll be waiting eagerly to see your results.  Garramone is on my short list of surgeons.  (At this point it's between Garramone and Johnson in Omaha.)
