KK so I did a quick search through the web and could only find some thinly padded sports bras to prevent show through and lightly sculpt/shape, etc.

I was looking for something a bit more than that.

Got an appointment with some karate dude on wednesday to start burning off this little bit of belly fat and frankly I don't feel like bouncing all over the place but I don't wanna look teeny tiny either.

not a sports bra, but what about something with preformed cups instead of padding?

maybe something like this?

I don't know if either of these would be of help to you? I'm not sure how much padding each of these have compared to just regular shaping padding though.

If you can't find anything suitable you could stuff ;D Those chicken fillet things are pretty realistic

Several years ago, Under Armor used to make one.

Oddly enough, if you type in 'padded sports bra' into google, you get 137K hits, and Champion looks like it makes a few, but I only checked one site, you can look at the others yourself.
FIGHT APATHY!, or don't...

If you browse the original post, Tekla, you'll see I already searched and had summarized my results thus far and was seeing if anyone had any personal experience.
Thanks for sticking your nose in 6 inches deep: again.

The Champion ones should work then, they are thick and add a cup size, of course if you don't get the results you want, rarefy the search.  Add the word 'custom' and you'll find what you want.

My guess is that when working out, most gg women just wear a regular sports bra to keep things in place so they're not bouncing all over.  Just wear a regular one and don't worry if it makes you look tiny; all the other women there probably look tiny too!

I have to agree with Fae on this one. i see this at the gym and navy base gym

If they are small they shouldn't be too bouncy
