Just found out that this site existed--it's a surgery photo site, similar to what Transster used to be.  Apparently it's rather new, and the main page reports frequent and recent updates to the site.  Whoever's doing it seems to be interested in making the site a success, and the design is pretty nice so far.  The photo collection isn't as large as Transster's yet, but... yeah, just spreading the word to everybody.  Google "transbucket".

After logging in, there'll be links underneath the TransBucket logo at the top of the page.  Click on the "Search Galleries" link and you can use the drop-down menus to search by surgeon, surgery type, and cost.  The photos might take a bit to load, depending on your connection.

Tried to access it but my browser seems to be having connection problems as I got this message:
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"
