I get so angry sometimes and it's for little things, it's like a raging anger I just want to punch/break something and I feel ->-bleeped-<-ty all the time. and I can't even scream because I just hold it all inside and I don't know how to change that.

I'm a ridiculously angry person

get a punching bag, it's awesome

playing squash (racket ball or something to americans?) is also violent enough to help

I'm on the boat with you guys.

Find external outlets. Physical things are the best to get that pent-up energy out. As for getting a better grasp on your anger, developing more self-control; the best thing that I ever found was martial arts. I don't even think it matters what sort, so long as they have a focus on discipline and self-respect.

Actually, I should be looking back into that...

Guys
Apologies if I'm not wanted or ignorant, don't mean to insult. Are you on T and maybe for a while? Remember that cis-guys often have terrible temper problems and the traditional way to curb them was physical contact sport, which over the centuries can cover a lot of different activities . I think the same thing is happening to you guys, you need to burn it out. Sport, running, boxing, breaking bricks against the forehead (joking there ), you need to get physical. On the other side I've become a damned sight calmer, can finally read a book and sit and do a puzzle. Even did the ironing the other day and really enjoyed it. ME enjoy ironing? Sorry I'm going to puke
