my mom's boyfriend just referred to me as to a girl 3 times (6 as it was two words in each sentence) (hebrew has very gender referred words :D) and neither her or mom actually noticed it until I mentioned it :D

that was funny! ^^

I was like "ohh! keep it that way ^^" and he was like "what?"
"what did you say?" he said the exact same thing.

"See! exactly :)" "what?"

I was wondering if he's playing a game or not..
then mom referred as a he so I wasn't sure.. so I said it and they were like "really? I didn't notice" "neither did I"
but they did! O_o

the guy wrote to her: "Miss .... called at this hour and said she will call back at.... " my mother was like WTF what does he mean by calling my son a she...

Ohh :D it happened with mom's new work assistance who don't know me ^^
I called and they were like
"Hello?"
"Hello! can I talk to Ada please?"
"She is busy right now do you (hebrew! so you was in she form) want me to leave her a message?"
"Can you please tell her to call her house?"
"Her house? uhh ok"
"Thank you! bye"
"bye"

did not really understand it, you tried to call your mother but did they mistake you voice for a girl voice?   when reading it seems to me that when saying "her house" they mean the house of your mother.

my mother was: WTF i'll show that receptionist how dare he call my son a she...
i wanted to tell my mother well: when then speak with someone they don't have webcams attached so they base their judgment on how the voice sound...  But hten i decided to shut up and say nothing.

I used to get that pre-transition.  I never allowed my voice to change (meaning I worked on my "female voice" at a young age) when I hit puberty so it's always been a girl's, and that caused a lot of confusion back then.

One time a teacher was talking to my mother and she said "It was so nice to meet your daughter!" and my mom was like "You mean my son."  I even had short hair and boy clothes!  No matter now, my mom is fully supportive and loves having the daughter everyone thought she had. XD
