i've heard it's possible given the right conditions. don't know the particulars.
Nero was the Forum Admin here at Susan's Place for several years up to the time of his death.

It can, if the hormones are right. Happened to me when I was 23 and held my niece. Never happened before or since.

As Northern Jane says, the answer is yes. In fact there are reports of males, not MtoF or on hormones lactating.
