I'm finding that, although I haven't been afflicted with the "dread visitor" in two or three months, I still get the occasional cramps.  Have any of you guys experienced the same thing?  How long before it stopped, assuming it did?

no, are you sure it's menstrual type cramps?

I suppose it could be gastro-intestinal distress, but it sure feels like menstrual cramps.  :(

Mister

how long have you been on T?

Well, I haven't been on T long, but I had one "visit" a week after starting T but haven't had any since (I should have had around 2 more by now). I haven't gotten any cramps either. Of course, now that I've said this it will probably happen. ::)

Four months typically isn't long enough to be concerned about some cramping.  Most likely what you're going through is the shut down of your female reproductive organs.  If the pain gets worse after strenuous activity or orgasm, go get it checked.  Otherwise, it'll likely pass.

Well I have been on over 1 year & 3 months now and still get those types of pains.. so I can understand brother.

It might be useful to keep track of the dates when they occur. If you end up needing to see a doctor about it, it might be useful for them to know whether they fit the timing of a menstrual cycle.

Worth keeping an eye on it, i imagine you still have your ovaries if you suspect it's menstrual symptoms? If so, the symptoms of a lot of other problems in your remaining female organs are ususally distinctive, but ovarian cancer symptoms can be very vague, i'm probably a hypochondriac for even thinking of it, but anything unusual is worth asking a doctor about.

My cramps where a sign that I should remember to take my T, usually!

I have also had my period a handful of times in the time I have been on T.
