So I'm curious, anybody measure their rib cage or anything? Did T change the size of your rib cage (widen it) at all? 'Cause I'm a disproportionate as a man, and I want to know if T will help it.

Lord, I hope not!  I'm already barrel-chested!  I doubt if it will change the size of your actual ribs, but if you work out the muscles across your back and your pecs, you can probably end up appearing wider through the torso.

I think that depends on age somewhat.

Me too. I don't think your actual rib bones would grow. Maybe the muscles in your chest get bigger? I already had wide, big shoulders and now they're getting bigger. Can't imagine a larger rib cage.

When I was teenager, I did my best to increase the size of my rib cage, because I wanted to look like an orindary man. Muscle exercise and playing on parellel bars. Nothing worked.

My height has been 6 feet (183 cm), but the perimeter of my rib cage has been just 31 inch (78 cm). At my height, it should be greater than 39 inch (100 cm). People said my body shape is deformed.

After crossdressing, however, my body shape suddenly became a kind of ideal one that many m2f transgender may envy.

After teens, I think it is difficult to grow rib cage. Except malnutrition during childhood, I think genes determine most of the variability in rib-cage size. My body shape resembles my mom's.

Just do it.

you ribs won't grow.. your muscles will.
they might also hold the ribs a bit higher and outward but that's it
