Across The Pond, they've had their own high profile transgender murder trial going on. Unfortunately the results are depressingly familiar to those of us who are transgender, a transperson of color and live on this side of the Atlantic.
18 year old Shanniel Hyatt was cleared of murdering 39 year old florist and beautician Kellie Telesford. She'd met Hyatt outside the south London beauty salon where she worked just hours before she was killed.

This will be very heavy but it is the truth and I am going to stick my neck out for I am all that Kellie has to defend her. This will take some time and I do hope that it is not rejected as similar texts as this have. Some of this has, thanks to invisible help,remained on strong sites. This will open your eyes because it beggars belief and it really is true,Kellie has defied all odds and broken through the most formidable barriers to bring this to you. I have always had a spiritual gift and in October last year when Kellie was unknown to me ,I was selected ,tested and not found lacking and hence given the means to rescue what can only be dascribed as the spirit of a saint. In November last year when I read of Kellies murder it meant little to me other than sadness at what had happened. Yet as the days went by I had much pain of heart,eventually it got so bad that it was as if my own child had been murdered. Then on the 4th of December whilst laying in bed fretting about Kellie I was confronted by a vision of Kellie in bright radience, for several seconds her beautiful eyes held me in an appealing gaze. After much thought and consultation I decided that I must be the one that had to carry out the task so on the 17th of December I travelled down to London and got her out of Flat 1, 81 Leander Road,Thornton Heath. I was not sure if I had been successful but on the following morning my name was called in a voice that I had never heard,it made me shudder. She was not alone either as I saw a vision of a young male transsexual with short blonde hair styled like Kellies and his eyes were made up like a womans and he wore a full length black coat. It was not until after her funeral (which she did not attend) on the 7th of January that I started to again become aware of her. About the end of February I started to feel cool draughts over my face whilst in bed.Then I started to receive images ,first of her walking down leander road on to london road wearing the clothes that she wore an the night she met Hyatt. I did not know of these colours until the court case then the truth of the vision was revealed. then she sent me images of Trinidad and of Floristry and then of her Black ancestors and then some very etra ordinary ones of Egypt and the valley of the Kings at a time when much green vegetation abounded there. Also the animated scene of a murder there in the very distant past and images of Bastet the cat god and of the all seeing eye. After more spiritual consultation I was informed that my soul and the soul of Kellie were in two quite powerful and gifted people who worked together and shared an intense love for each other,souls cant bear to be separated. We worked under the rule of Seti 1st in the 19th dynasty, the person who had Kellies soul was done away with.This seems to tally as Kellie informs me that in spirit she really is a man and not so beautiful as she was in the flesh but she still feels feminine. She was most likely done away with in those distant days for being transsexual. Kellie is much stronger now,she can touch me and even hold my hands quite firmly and I am not afraid as she is gentle,kind and extremely alert and has free will. She has made me a better man as she hears all that I say and sees all I do and has shown her displeasure of my bad habbits .She loves club music and will take my hand in
dance.Now having filled you in on the great honour bestowed upon me we will go on to the Heavy bit. I have travelled every day down to the Old Bailey for nine days so that Kellie and I Could hear every minute of case T008-7007 in Court 1. The result was most dissapointing. Kellie appraises the sterling work of the prosecuter Sally O`neill QC ,however the evidence was not strong enough to nail Hyatt. Now the Defence do not fare very well and Kellie is disgusted at the Lies,Assumptions ,Hypoth`eses and unfounded sexual theories used to instill doubt into the jury who at best were Buffoons many of whom were too young to have had any real life experience. And she was not too keen on the judge either for pushing them and allowing them to take short cuts for a quick descision. It was clear to me that being the end of the week court time was under pressure. The defence brought forth a doubtful professor of psychiatry whos speciality was sexual perversions(most likely as he was obsessed by them)to brainwash the jury into believing that self strangulation was a real possibility.Kellie wondered why her intimate friends were not in the public gallery as they would have been livid since when did she ever think of getting a sexual high from Cerebral Hypoxia! Then they brought forth a silly Dr Patel to denounce some of the findings of a tried and trusted coroner who had completely ruled out sexual misadventure. Dr patel also said that Kellie would have had the strength of a grown man and could have easily fought off 17 year old Hyatt if she had wished and HE had never seen Kellies body.Kellie says that she was employed as a beautician and did not have the strength of a Navvy,Stone Mason or Mechanic and besides she was taken by surprise.Then they brought forth a publicity seeking Sun Reader (Darren Simpson) who sucked up to Sun reporters last year, to witness that he had seen Kellie on the night of Sunday the 18th of November at 11pm from his car in filthy weather when Kellie did not have a live body to exist in! What hurt Kellie the most is the way that they played upon the untidiness of her flat.Of course it was,it had been ransacked and who washes up after a night of Booze,smokes and whatever until the morning? Which she never saw in the flesh. And besides the Police had a field day in there. And then another hurt was they said that her dressing gown had 40 areas of semen stain which indicated quite vigourous sexual activity but they omitted to state that these forty areas had not been individually profiled,as you know one good ejaculation can spray quite a large area and just one boyfriend could have done that.A full profile costs money,just as the throw used to cover her was also given the same treatment. And another dirty trick they used was to get written evidence from 83 Leander Road(next door) that loud music and a lot of comings and goings took place at all hours of day and night indicating the presence of a disorderly house.POPPYCOCK ! 81 was devided into three flats. And besides Kellie and I are very much alike we love club music and even though I live in quite a select area the music and dance rarely starts before 1am. Now we will go on to the REALLY HEAVY bit (the absolute truth);- At just after 3am on the morning of the 18th of November 2007 in Flat 1,81 Leander Road,Thornton Heath ,CR7-6JZ. Hyatt was lying on the bed asleep or most likely pretending to be so. Kellie being tired dropped off to sleep. At about 5am she was awoken by the sound of Hyatt dismantleing her audio visual equipment,she challenged him and he became violent,(she did not think that he would kill),he strangled her on the bed. Being sleepy she stood little chance. You know the rest,he made off with all that he could carry including the little money that she had at the time £10 or so. Now Hyatt will soon be free and whether here or in Jamaica he will graduate to more serious and violent crimes but you can rest assured that he has been noticed by powers higher than those of this world and if he does not change there will be no escape.

As this news fades into the past let`s not allow the memory of Kelly to follow it. For this reason I am making a final comment, however if anything further arises you can rest assured that I will be back. Thornton Heath has lost some of its sparkle and become a little duller since Kelly is no longer seen around. Her special beauty,gentility and caring kindness are no longer on this plane, taken from us by a moronic crackhead. I know this because he did ask her if she had any and of course she did not. The reality has dawned upon me and I suspected this from my first trip down to Leander Road where I found desolation and no signs of any kind feelings towards her.And more recently surveys of the press and the web plus zero responses to advertisments that I had placed in the Croydon locals which cumulatively indicated an utter neglect by Kellys friends who should be standing up for her. I seems that apart from her family who are suffering even more since the Inverse outcome of the case against her murderer and added to this the lies and slanderous deformation of her character including damage to her reputation concocted by the defence and spread right across the board by the so called pillars of newsprint and broacasting, I am the only one who is prepared to take the flack to defend her. Fortunately for Kelly and unknown to her at the time an elaborate safety net had been laid out for her. She still has a foothold on this world which has given me the ability to expose the injustice of which she has been the recipient. She has free will and there were things mentioned in court that she will not allow me to reveal but they were insults irrelevent to the case however contact is open through me. Kelly was prepared to forgive Hyatt if he had shown that he had a conscience but now that he has gotten off with viciously and without mercy killing a kind and gentle person in order to get away with the theft of a few items of little monetary value plus the fact that he did not even have the excuse of knowing her true gender, forgiveness is out of the window. Kelly felt very feminine and loved being as a woman is, and lived it. She kept herself to herself and was a quiet person. On the day that she met Hyatt she felt a little lonely and his plastic flattery tipped the balance. She is disgusted at what she did. Let us give Kelly the respect that she deserves.
