Just a pair of panties one or two sizes smaller make the trick for me. The bad thing is that I can't do the tucking for more than 4-5 hours because it starts to chaff.

Foundation garments have not helped me much. The ones I have found have too loose fabric in the key area, but are tight in the rest of the garment.

Frankly, at my age I'm not going to tuck my testicles up into my abdominal cavity.  It depends what you want to wear 'en femme'.  As I see it, it can only be necessary to engage in excruciating tucking if you want to wear a swimsuit or bunnysuit in public.   For the rest of us crossdressers, who wear skirts &c an invisible tuck and no bulge is perfectly achievable using tight fitting support panties and pantyhose, all available in packets at M&S, to mention just one outlet.

Apparently, inguinal canals are quite variable.
I have heard of those for whom pushing the testicles back up the inguinal canal is "excruciating".
For others, they go up there very easily and just stay there naturally.

Hmm...the problem I seem to get, is unless everthing is really tight.. :o

....the lot ends up "in there".. ::)

Maybe I'm just deformed? :-\

Well these days they go in easily but jogging was not a good idea.  It still hurts when they get bruised.

There seems to a missing element in most of your understandings of how to do this.  The testes can't drop back out of the belly if there is no place for them to go.  You have to effectively eliminate the scrotal sac.  The way to do that is to pull the right edge and the left edge up and over the penile shaft,  so they meet each other, 180 degrees from where they started.  You can then put a piece of cloth medical tape over the top of the shaft, to hold the two edges of the sac together, and then a loop of tape around the whole thing to hold the first piece of tape in place.  You then pull the penis forward, which causes it to lengthen, but lose girth, and fold it back into the ass-crack.  I don't use tape anymore, just control-top panties such as Nancy Ganz 446 Tumm-ee Brief Panties or Body Wrap 44810 Panty Brief Panties.  For sizing, since we don't have wide hips, add 15% to the weight recommendations for size.  So, since the mediums say they are good up to 140 pounds, they are really good up to over 160.
It's easier to change your sex and gender in Iran, than it is in the United States.  Way easier.

Huh? I don't understand this. Testes up, thing down. Let the scrotum take care of itself.

I must have a little nads, I don't see how I could wrap the sack around anything.

Yeah, I think it takes care of itself. I guess if it is big enough it might actually help things stay in place.

I've read, and tried, what Gina describes and i know the logistics of it - I just can't keep everything in place until I apply whatever it is that's going to hold it that way

It's a proven technique that goes back at least to JoAnn Roberts book, published in the 80's.  It stays in place, is comfortable, and keeps you from getting erect.  The point is that it leaves nowhere for the testes to drop back into.
