Just want to share with you what I dared to try today.
I was on my way to pick up my wife at the airport.  And I got thirsty and knew that there was a gas station food liner in the small town ahead. So just out of the blue I decided to go in as a woman. All I had with me was some tissue so I put in it in my bra to make my AA's size breast into almost a B's. Next I put on a pair of earrings. I was wearing a t-shirt on and a pair of jeans and a little bit of lip colored lip stick. I re-combed my hair into the style of I have in my picture.
Then I got out of the car and walked into the store. There were lots of people in the store and I was a little concerned about my fool hardiness. But I went ahead with it and stood in line, bought a diet pop and walked out. It spoke to one woman and exchanged words with the clerk.  No one stared at me or pay any attention except for a passing glance.
When I got back into the car I was elated that I passed. Then I look down at my arm and saw that I was still wearing my male hunker of a watch. Oh my.
:) :D :) :D

Hey Jilleann,

Sometimes crazy and spontaneous is the best way.... It is when we sit thinking about it that paranoia can sometimes get the better of us.

We all at times fear the worst, but it never happens and the thrill and enjoyment we get can be immense.

You look feminine anyway... so not a surprise you passed.

Not many people I know, would ever look at a watch anyway??? .... So that is not really an issue and beside I wear a Bvlgari watch that is bigger than any of my old watches, you do need to match the size of assesories with your body image, shape... tiny earrings, necklaces look lost on me.

Congratulations .... when is the next outing?

I usually go out on Wednesday after work and window shop at the local mall. But I'm going to put a few things in my car I might get another wild and crazy idea and I have found out that they are often the most rewarding.
I have learned that I don't need many props to past and that is great news.
:D

Something clicked (in my mind) early this morning and I realized with a few items I can be out as myself (Jillieann) not pretend to be a man anytime I want. What made me realize first what happen yesterday (the posting below) and remembering a posting, were someone had wrote that they have been wearing blouses in the male role and no one noticed the buttons on the other side so I figured it should work in reverse too. Just un-tuck the shirt and unbutton one each at top and bottom. Wow it looked great.
So this morning I put everything I needed (added to what I wrote below a small purse, mascara, powder and real pads for the bra) in a cloth bag in the car.
I've already tried it tonight when I went on my 5 mile walking in the mall.
It was great to be myself; I mean it really felt great.  :D :icon_joy: :D  :icon_joy: :D
I am now free of more of the shackles that have been holding me down; I'm free to be me.
:D

Jilliean,

I am so glad you are starting to enjoy your feminine side. On the rare occasion I have been out I have realy enjoyed my time as Alice. Keep going Girl - lot of fun and discoveries to be had.

Your welcome Sheila. I though it was funny too.
And no one but me really noticed.
I love your outlook on life.
Laugh and the world is a better place.
And you do make this world a better place for me.
Thank you Sheila.
Hugs

We all need a little madness so that we may cut the rope and be free.  :)  Bonus point to anyone who knows who I am paraphrasing and the actual quote.  :)

QuoteAlexis Zorba: Damn it boss, I like you too much not to say it. You've got everthing except one thing: madness! A man needs a little madness, or else...
Basil: Or else?
Alexis Zorba: ...he never dares cut the rope and be free.

Google is great. ;D

Sometimes girls wear a masculine watch to look MORE feminine by contrast!
Does that make any sense?!
Weird isn't it!
