Bumping around the web, I just found this cool social media site that let's users put together complete outfits to recommend to site visitors. It looks like they're often inspired by celebrities. It has a click and drag interface that let's you put together collages similar to what you might see in a magazine (or scrapbook). It's probably used mostly by teenage girls, but many of them have way better taste than me. I'm going to start looking around here for ideas before I do my usual random online purchases.

I once saw a fashion magazine that exclusively covers items of absurd price tags like Polyvore. http://www.elle.co.kr/

I think most beautiful women would not need such expensive fashion items, but only richest people would purchase them anyway.

In my personal experience, clothes at US $30-50 have made me feel satisfactory in price and appearance.
