My voice sounds like a deep voice of a gennetical female, but not always... sometimes ,especially by phone, someone can understand that I was born as... male... >:(  So what do you suggest? Should I do any voice training or something?  Is there anything I can find on the net, even a torrent???
I have also heard that a surgery can be done to fix the voice... Is this possible???? Thank you very much...

Take Care...  :-X

Are you saying that your natural, unmodified voice sounds quite female?
.... or that you have tried some modification without any instruction which has been only partially successful?

Surgery is VERY unpredictable and can be catastrophic  :-\
The most predictable/successful is a simple operation to raise the larynx (Cricothyroid Approximation, I think it's called) but all it really does is hold the larynx up, which you can learn to do yourself.
Proper voice training is the way to go - listen to the results some of the other girls have achieved.
If you're looking for "an easy fix" forget it...... good results take hard work.
- put "Transgender voice" into Google and search results to find stuff out.
Here's a link http://etransgender.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=501     :)
To those who understand, I extend my hand
To the doubtful I demand, take me as I am
Not under your command, I know where I stand
I won't change to fix your plan, Take me as I am (Dreamtheatre - As I Am)
I started out with nothing..... and I still have most of it left.

I started my vocal training in middle school, and my voice sounded so fake at first and I'd get made fun of.  But your voice is such an important part of your presentation, in my opinion, and it can be a saving grace when someone is confused as to what gender you are.  Whichever route you choose to begin your vocal training, whether it's videos, recordings, or just fiddling with it until you get it (what I did lol), please please please practice practice practice.  Even if you sound silly in the beginning.  It's important.  You won't need surgery if you can teach your voice box to switch over to the female range, and it is indeed possible!  Good luck! :)

I wouldn't say surgery is that bad of an option now.
But if I'd let anyone touch my vocal folds it would be Dr James Thomas and him only.

Still, you can practice and get there without surgery, but  it will always be a bit different and conscious.

There's a really good video on Youtube that you might find helpful.  Let me see if I can find it...

Here we go:  Developing A Female Voice (Be warned: Guy voice ahead!)

The talking from the head part was the easy thing for me.  I do that anyway when I'm talking with my girl friends.  It's when I have to become authoritative with my daughter that I drop down to the chest.:)  The non-false falsetto and the raspiness seem to be the tough parts.

EDIT: Uh...I didn't realize the video would deep link.  Is that okay?
to make more better goodness

I have returned to recording on TransByDef!  Watch us at: https://www.youtube.com/TransByDef
