LARGO — A transgender man who died after being struck by a car in May had small amounts of antianxiety medication in his blood but no alcohol, according to an autopsy report released Friday.

Julio Silverwolf, 57, suffered fractures to his skull, left arm and fifth cervical vertebrae in the May 13 accident. The official cause of death was determined to be blunt trauma, said Bill Pellan, director of investigations for the Pinellas-Pasco Medical Examiner's Office.
