Mister

LOL after I do my shot, there's a bit of T that resides in the base of the needle, yes I squeeze down all the way but it's in there and I can, after pulling the needle out of me, draw back on the needle then remove the needle, and get a half-drop of the good stuff on my finger, I've taken to putting that on little Willie, who knows if that makes any difference, I just hate to waste stuff.

This is pointless.  Testosterone is suspended in oil and is too large to permeate the skin.

I had a feeling it was something like that.

if its too large, then how does T cream work?  O_o  cause i know it does.
  •

Mister

The molecules in DHT cream and testosterone suspended in oil are different sizes, pumpkin.
  •

Alex_C

It's a pumpkins vs grapes comparison!

(actually I"d have to look up sizes, it may be pumpkins vs. talcum grains)

what about molecules in TESTOSTERONE cream/gel VS injection?  i mentioned nothing of DHT.
  •

Mister

Cream is made to be absorbed through the skin, oil based testosterone is meant to be injected and will not be absorbed through the skin.
  •

Silver

Do you understand that, the oil molecules are too large to be absorbed? I think they're bound to the testosterone which would stop anything from permeating it. Cream is differently structured.

Oh boy a fight between two people who agree...

(sits back with a bag of popcorn)
  •

Mister

I don't think that was to me.  Or at least, I hope it wasn't.
  •

Alex_C

Nah it was to SilverFang.

Now to court diabeetus with a big ol' bottle of beer.

I meant my comment to Josh then. If it was to Mister. . . well, have you ever seen a politeness war?

"You go first."
"No you, I insist."
"Oh no, it's only polite"
and so on.

Im pretty sure Topical Testosterone Cream is made from DHT, and you want it to be. It wouldnt due to run around rubbing it in your scalp but DHT is the primary product of Test that is responsible for masculinization if you didnt know. It wont grow much muscle, and it will cause hair loss, but it's main function is growing chest/facial hair, thickening the larynx and elongating penile tissues (along with maturing testicular tissues but...).
  •

Alex_C

I've heard of that and heard of it being prescribed for penile growth.

no, testosterone cream is not made from DHT.

yes, DHT is desired, but it is no longer made in north america.

DHT is basically a biproduct of testosterone.  Testosterone couldn't be made of DHT.  DHT is very much more potent than testosterone and thus causes more prominent changes in facial and body hair, penis growth, and also, sometimes, hair loss.  Men who are balding sometimes go on DHT suppressors or have such things applied to the hair follicles.  Testosterone cream and testosterone itself would release a certain amount of DHT but not nearly as much as concentrated, isolated DHT.  And yes, no longer available, which is really a shame.

it is available online, but its from a company based in cyprus and seems a little sketchy.  im going to try it after my T cream runs out though. >_>

Ah well, back in my day *wince* they only had, to my knowledge Andractim, which was topical DHT. They didnt have real Topical Testosterone cream, but thats what they called Andractim anyway. Thats why I thought Mister mentioned the DHT. Ah, well my bad. I need to keep up with the times better it seems.

Don't worry about it, I'm a part of this generation and I still feel like I'm "behind the times".

I've heard about that company, Josh.  I think it's illegal to import from there into Canada, or so I've heard.  People at the border tend to check packages, so that seems pretty dangerous to me... Of course, I'm in Canada, so that's why I mention it.  It may be an entirely different situation for you.
