Hi all, first post here.  I was wondering if there is a place where other girls feel safe to post transition photos and the many changes we experience.  Being still shy, I'm not prepared to share my journey with the world but would love to compare my development to others, so yes, I guess I mean a site where there might be some nudity.  I also ask because at first I didn't want to chronicle my journey, but after some time on hrt, I find I wish I already had kept a better photo journey.

The most important thing to me is safety, i.e., where only other women in transition would have access.

I'm pretty sure actual nudity isn't allowed (usually?), but there are photos in various threads of people in various stages.

Maybe I should take up the cause.  I remember there was a blog site called mtf undressed, but I'm not sure its updated much if at all and the only way to join is to be invited by another member.  But thanks for the response.  I knew there really isn't nudity allowed in here, which is good.

you can make a facebook for your glam self and then make it so only friends can see the photos then you can selectively choose who to share the pics with...

Don't be so sure.

Most than a few social networking sites have websites dedicated to allowing you to see someones private photos.

Hrm...that may well be...I've never seen one of these back door access'...altho i'd imagine that would constitute felony invasion of privacy considering Facebook's TOS says that you(not them) have full control over who sees your pictures...

There may be a place here in the (sexuality?) forum even though that's not really the issue here. i'm guessing things like hair reduction, breast growth, facial changes & other normal changes r what u want to talk about & compare notes. almost anything that comes up with "ts/tg pics" on a search engine is just a porn site of some kind. most of all i really doubt there's any place 100% safe.

A private website can be secure, it just depends on your security system.

Myspace and Facebook and such are large sites, therefore they have a huge target on them.  A small private site isn't worth anyone time to figure out the system they use and how to break into it.  The safest method though, is don't show your face, and use a public image storage place. This keeps it anonymous and hiding in plain sight is often the safest place.

That or don't post them at all.

You will be amazed at how many sites tell you how, or do it for you. Keep in mind what method works today, may not tomorrow, it is always a game of cat and mouse.

Hi Connie, :icon_wave:

Welcome to our little family. Over 3200 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.

Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams.  Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.

But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. :icon_hug:

And be sure to check out

Blessed Be.

...and even if you keep you photo's "private" and reasonably decent..

..that dosen't mean a picture hosting site won't pull them as breaking rules also..

I couldn't find a single one that worked for facebook.  Just saying.  I tried a whole bunch, and none of them worked.  Doesn't mean there wont be a new one tomorrow.
