im in the US and i was surfing a steroid forum (not for roids, looking for info on DHT and HGH) and it seems that people have ordered and recieved in the US.  im pretty sure its illegal though.

Life, a division of jockey, sells string bikinis and thongs at wal-mart (well, you can buy the strings in Texas, but not the thongs... I saw them in Washington. Goddamn Texas.)

About half my underwear are those pairs because they're VERY comfortable, don't get in the way, and have plenty of room. And being mens' underwear, are cheap. I still wear them even though I've been buying panties for years because they're really good, and I get compliments on them from anyone who sees them 

If you aren't put off by the idea of 'mens' string bikini' (they have regular bikini too, but I like the less fabric), give them a try. They have solids and stripes.

I never understood how men could wear boxers, I suffered horrible pain and chafing from them. And to me underwear is like a bra for the scrotum, keeps things supported and safe.

Wally's is pretty good for underwear, the one near me has a huge selection.

As for T cream and DHT etc., one thing you get in a failing Empire is a good black market. You can find stuff on Craig's List even.
