Woman Arrested for Posing as 15-year-old Boy

WILLIAMSON COUNTY-- A Marion woman is in police custody for lying to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. Court documents show a 24-year-old female told DCFS she was a 15-year-old boy who had been abandoned.

But there's another twist in this story. The person that police describe as a 24-year old female is Jack Kaiser. Police say she is a person of transgender. According to police and Marion school administrators, Kaiser tried to enroll at the high school as a student.

Why? Just why would one do that?

Just another coffin nail for people who do obey the law. The media has lots of nuts to parade in front of the Conservative world that is always looking for an excuse to discriminate.

This story is just weird. I don't get it. Maybe more details about the situation will be unveiled later.

According to one news story, the enrollment was part of an attempt to gain guardianship through the courts.  But that doesn't make sense.  Stones is 24 years old, and the guy who acted as a sponsor was also an adult.

Stones is charged with "disorderly conduct for misrepresentation to state agencies" and bond is set at $20,000.  The FBI is involved, but it was apparently photos on Facebook (along with Stones sounding too adult)  which tipped off the school system.
