I have a question i would like to put forth, and if it's in the wrong place, I'm sorry (I am new)

My question is this:
How do I know if I am attracted to M2F TG because they are beautiful or because I want to be one? This is the question that has been plaguing me for months now. The first human being I ever saw naked was a m2f tg, and I have always been interested in m2f more than  genetic women. Now (27 years later), I have started having thoughts of being the Tg in the movies I watch. I have dressed up before, but stopped when I saw a picture of myself my ex wife took. I am 6' 290lbs very muscular and biker looking. Needless to say it ruined my fantasy.

Please, any advice on ways to discern what I am going through would be great

Welcome Khrag

I think you will find Susan's a great place!
In my opinion who you are attracted to is one issue. and who you want to be is a totally separate issue. I'm just a crossdresser so cant answer your questions myself but i would urge you to use the resources here to help in your quest.
At the top of the page you will find links {in lavender} to the WIKI to our ever popular CHAT and our MAIN page for links.  be sure to check the RULES out also..
Enjoy yourself and....  Ask questions

I assume you meant a MTF TS (i.e. physically transitioning, as TG could imply crossdresser) and I also assume you meant on in the midst of transition (i.e. Pre-op).  Well, being one myself, I can tell you that it's a really hard place to be and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.  I think it great to know that there are people who could actually be attracted to us because many times we feel like freaks.  Anyway, welcome to Susans.  I wish you the best.

First of all Welcome to Susans :)

Second of all, your question is certainly a valid one but there is no answer that can be given by anyone other than yourself.

There are volumes of information and resources here that may help you better understand your feelings. There are also many great people here who are willing to help any way they can.  My number one suggestion to you would be to find a therapist who is experienced in gender and talk to them.

In the meantime feel free to look through the library and the Wiki :)

Welcome and Hello, Khrag!

This is a wonderful site for information and support.  I'm glad you found us!  Read on (and on and on .. .. ..) and you'l get a real education on gender and its ramifications.  And then, if you're still confused, don't be afraid to find a therapist that cam help.  This is what I did and I got some real help.

again, WELCOME!

Welcome,

You've come to a great place to explore your feelings.  Read the posts, write some, spend some time with us.  Perhaps you can define your feelings better for yourself.

Ultimately, only you, can resolve your inner conflicts.  But rest assured, you are not alone.
