"I have always wanted to have a neighbor just like you,
I've always wanted to live in a neighborhood with you.

So let's make the most of this beautiful day,
Since we're together, we might as well say,
Would you be mine?
Could you be mine?
Won't you be my neighbor?" - Fred Rogers

Did "they" travel in a straight line when "they" conquered Everest and
were "they" successful the first, second or third time "they" tried?

I'm sorry, that was an ignorent comment I made & removed it. luv, Isabella

I have discovered the one true religion in the US and it only required some attendance on Sunday and some times on Monday.  It is home based and has just as much controversy as any other any, but you can prove the strength of your god at the beginning of the year, every year on one particular Sunday.  And it is predominantly a male religion, but women are not excluded and most are welcome.  This religion has no political gain, no tithing unless you wish to sacrifice or go to the local temple.  And you can even select your own Savior.

You will all now bow down before the one true God, at least during the Fall and Winter.

And my personal Savior.

And when Spring and Summer comes you have another God that does not conflict with the first God.

Again a personal Savior.

All hail the new religions.

No single group or religion has a monopoly on spiritual truth. Almost all groups or religions however hold some spiritual truth. As a practicing Universalist Pantheist Taoist Zen Fairy Pagan in good standing I believe all of them are right to some extent, even the ones with talking snakes, and there are many, many paths to God/dess. No real God/dess would have it any other way. I really don't think arguing dogma is a fruitful endeavor, and God probably doesn't either (not that I speak for Her or anything).

And that is why so many religions are screwed up.  >:-)

But I still love you, Litlle brother.

There's plenty of examples of one group or another using one religion or another to commit acts that most people would agree are in varying degrees evil. Yet there are no religions(currently in existance in signifcant numbers) that I'm aware of that states anyone who does not accept one God, idol, or whatnot should be wiped from the face of the Earth. In fact most religions (that I know of) either severely discourage or flat out forbid violence against each other. Yet even so there are some loopholes where things conveniently become up to interpretation when it suits are needs.
