Gay theater company to perform 'Candy & Dorothy'

"This is one of the cleverest and most unique plays I've ever seen," Arch Brown, Company director, said in a news release.

"It has taken us over two years to get the rights because of the onslaught of interested producers, so we're thrilled to be able to present it. In the play, playwright David Johnston comically pits two famous women, Candy Darling and Dorothy Day, against each other in a world of fantasy and gritty reality. It's quite sassy."
