Ultimately it's your money and I don't think people are going to stop you from changing things that you don't like about yourself.  It's not really regulated like SRS, so as long as you had the money to spend it wouldn't be a problem. . . at least I think.

I wouldn't think there would be any reason to deny one feminising surgery on the face when they aren't transitioning. They don't make gg see a therapist first when they want to get their vaginas operated on to be more in line with society's idea of how vulvas look, and that's a heck of lot of a bigger psychological can of worms than just getting a nose job.

It is his name, he doesn't have any surgeries..... he is a German lead rock singer for Tokio Hotel. He was born looking like that, but it's not because he doesn't have enough testosterone he's 6'2.

I think it would be a transition of sorts. Transition is not a linear thing and does not have to have any particular end point.

If your masculine face makes you uncomfortable, FFS might make sense but it's damn expensive!

I'm just concerned about anybody going through a painful and difficult surgery of whatever kind and saying that they want X amount of effect and afterwards they realize that they wanted 2X amount of effect actually.

I think that that's why breast augmentation surgeons kind of push people to have it made a little bigger.
