A group of transgender women offered free makeovers on a street in Quito two weeks ago, with the goal of educating participants how it feels to look like someone from the opposite gender.

According to the blog, Blabbenado , "The event was described by organizers as a 'street performance' that was part of a week-long series of events seeking to raise awareness about transgender rights in Ecuador."
