Did you discover it yourself?

Oh my Renate, which kind of topic did you start!

I found out by myself different things, the best pre-hormonal tucking was to wear one panty with pantyhose cut off at the leggings to flatten and hide everything

Post-Hormonal, a simple thong and panty overlay does fine..

I willl not have that problem in April 2010 no more O_o

There is no way this lady can tuck. Just isn't gonna happen. my assests are to bountiful to try that ever again.

If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

I have practiced tucking for many years. When I first started, the practice was shrouded in mystery. I found out the basics from the autobiography of a drag artist.
At first it was difficult to push and  keep the balls up and painful to push them up. However with practice it has  become easier.
and I now suffer no pain  I wear a gaff 12-16/24 7 days a week. Being on finasteride has caused a certain amount of size reduction and it has reduced arousal. I wear gaffs from The Breastform Store which I find to be effective and comfoftable.
I should point out thatI do not dress 7/365 but I tuck under my male exterior clothes, under which I wear tights,a thong or control briefs.

I find tucking is easy once you develop your own way of doing it.

Even after orchi, tucking has been _impossible_ for me unless I wear an extremely form fitting girdle (which is totally uncomfortable, and a hassle to take off when out and about and having to pee).

I can get everything tucked no problem, but it always slips right back to the front.  Maybe it's because I'm skinny and don't really have a lot of fat to hold things in place... or maybe I'm just not finding the right kind of underwear... but yeah... I've just given up and wear long t-shirts and a big belt that kinda hide what little bulge can be seen.

Not to mention I don't go out anymore now that I'm working all the time, and with GRS hopefully right around the corner... I just gave up.

This is like asking someone if they figured out how to blow their nose on their own, or, if they were shown.  Personally, I don't like tissues, or cheifs.  I like to use a wash rag, nice and sturdy to clear the sinuses out during a run or when it's cold outside.  That or, I just pick it.

Some people have soft noses that are easy to discharge, and can use tissues.

Some people just snort it back and never blow their nose.

See?  :D  Once you get the hang of it, then as long as it works then why not.

I never double layer as far as tucking, I don't mind the bulge, and I wear mostly skirts anyways so it's not a big deal to me.  I suppose there's methods to sitting and walking that help a whole lot, I couldn't refer to anything specific though.  Once again, just something that's picked up.

I wear small regularly, so I usually just buy extra small panties.  I've been trying to get into thongs more, but I always feel that the, "long thing," rides up a lot in them.
