Come on man I used to go to a shooting range where at least one of the guys used to use the women's room all the time, and at my last gym I've had guys think I was one of their buddies and continue some conversation, following me into the women's locker room/bathroom lol. And, what's wrong with wearing clear nail polish? Nails actually polished, look just as shiny, and guys who get manicures get that as part of the service I believe. Clear lip gloss, as far as I know, both sexes use Chap Stick.

I think you need legal help (and probably some counseling too, honestly)

Public restrooms have never been a serious issue as long as I was clearly presenting as female, but at work where every one knew I'm trans is a whole different monster. Yes, I've been wrote up more than once, at more than one job for wearing clear lip gloss & nail polish. It sounds crazy to me too. I'v been under the care of mental health professional for over 8yrs.

They finally agreed to let me dress female, but insisted I still use the mens dressing & restrooms.

this is sick, if they don't want you to use the girl dressing room then they might let you use the neutral place.  but dressing femme inside a men dressing room is trying to put you in trouble.

I agree with yabby.  I think they're looking to have you start the type of trouble with them that they'd be able to get you on before you can get them on their bull.  That's how the man works usually.

I'm sorry, I should have been more clear. I've already been fired & the legalities were "taken care of" by the union behind my back. At the time I was really hoping I could help to move the needle, if even in the smallest of ways for myself & the rest us. I went through this on my own.

If your union is affiliated with the AFL-CIO you might want to check out Pride at Work.
That is the AFL-CIO LGBT rights promotion organization.

Ty, but no they're not. Again there is no fight to be fought against my former employers, the union settled on my behalf & called to tell me about it one month later.
