First, some good news this morning! Senator Kirk of Massachusetts has signed on to co-sponsor ENDA! Let's all call to thank him at 202-224-4543 (Toll free DC Capitol line: 866-220-0044). And while you're at it, use this handy-dandy form from United ENDA to email your Senators.

This morning is the Senate hearing on the Employment Non-Discrimination Act of 2009, S. 1584, before the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions. This hearing is crucial to ENDA's passage. This should go until about noon or 1:00. As noted in Bil's post last night, there is also a press conference this morning at 9:30.

To view the Senate hearing beginning at 10, click here to open a new window with the online hearing video. (If you can't get a new window, right click on the previous link and choose "New Window.") In the new window, click on the icon in the middle of the page next to "Audio/Video." That icon will probably go up around 9:50 am ET. Before the hearing you'll get a tone, and at some point the video will come on, showing a half-empty room with people milling around. If there's new information about video links, I will post it in the liveblog (which is found after the jump).
