Hi Sam, like you this was the first community that I joined regading how I feel inside. Its also the only community that I have joined. You will be marvelled at how many people you will find have similar experiences and feelings as you. We all know matter what we are are not alone in what we have felt and experienced in our lives.

welcome to susans sam you are amoung friends here feel free to ask the questions that need to be asked you will find in some cases oppinions differ but the expeirence is shared and each of our approaches are unigue to the individuals involved. what works for some will not work for all but again we are here to support advise when we can and just to listen to each other vent
