Hey Guys
Really looking for some courage here bros! I am out to my family right – and they are all seriously supportive to the point where my dad says he is just waiting to see changes in me! But I have this little problem where I haven't told any of my friends or people at work yet.
I am currently just waiting for bloods to come back from the lab and a Dr's appointment and hopefully I will be starting T. So it's going to happen, and sooner rather than later but I really want to tell my mates and be completely out etc.
My dilemma is this – like I don't pass well enough yet to demand pronouns and use the men's room. Should I start the ball rolling with my bosses and work colleagues? Like I said I want to just a little unsure if I should. And my mates.... I live like 3000kms away from the majority of them and I want to tell them but...
I guess I'm just looking for some balls hey!! Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I just blurted it out one day.
I didn't even think T was "incoming" anytime soon when I did. I just, had to tell the people I care about and the people I socialize with.

If you got the support of your family then worst case scenario, you got the support of your family. 😉

I waited until I passed 100% to come out at work even though a few people knew already.

However with my close friends I told them for the word go as I didn't want to shock them and I thought that they should all be in the picture.

I think I'll just take the plunge yeah... I feel I am worth it and so are the people in my life.

hi jay you have the support of your family thats what counts the most just tell the dang job jobs come and go worst thing can happen is they fire you and you apply at the next one as a guy prob solved lol gratzs on your progress

Well I basically just told everyone who matters to me via email that I'm transitioning!!
I am a little scared - I am currently skulling a drink and going out for a smoke!!
I think it will be ok. But its like this huge weight has been shifted. It wont be lifted probably til I get some responses XD
