Still trying to get them destite 10 years on HRT. It looks like the only alternative for me is breast augmentation.

Nicest thing I found was on first trip downtown after the boob job I no longer got read for having a flat chest...boobs is magic.

Word of caution...think long and hard and try experimenting with the hormones to get natural growth because - THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT IMPLANTS MAKE HARD BOOBS BECAUSE THEY ARE PUT UNDER THE PECTORALS! 
Look at a bodybuilder's pix and see that pecs are straight underneath and well separated - the implants will be the same. 
Looks good but the muscle over them does make them feel hard in various situations.
I'm sitting typing braless and they feel soft and feminine.
Lying sideways they feel soft, lying on my back and they feel so-so,
but try lying on top of a guy holding myself up with my arms and the pecs have to do such hard work that they make the boobs feel hard.
Natural and hormonal breasts grow in the soft tissue and will always feel soft - and drop with age - but implants unde the pecs will stay fairly firm but alwyas feel hard anytime the pecs are in use.

How does a woman spell relief......BRA OFF.

For me filling out a nightgown.

I like the way you never know for sure where the pain is going to come from on any given day. Sometimes it's deep, sometimes right under the skin. Usually a dull ache but every so often those sharp stabs wake ya up. Viva la Estrogen!

No, it fits fine and I like wearing it during the day. Hrt got interesting for me over the summer, and I stopped wearing nightclothes to bed because anything on my tender developing chest drove me nuts. Well I kinda got used to that and it's a drag now that the weather is changing! I still prefer having them out to in though.

A friend suggested a Snuggy last night, I think I might pick one up and try it.

How many decades do you want me to experiment with HRT? I've tried for over 10 years and it isn't happening. I don't like the idea of a boob job but I don't have an alternative. You can be smug because yours have grown but please understand not all of us are that lucky!

I agree NB, that is why I am keeping my options open.  And I will go over the muscles. for the very reason that is quoted.

I thought of something else too, I'm grateful for the way the skin in that area is so delicate and soft and the way the "structures" are turning color, though with as much as they hurt one would expect them to bleed.

I'm only about a month and a half on E and I'm learning very quickly to not let the nipples touch anything!!!

No, I'm not overly emotional or sensitive and my boobs aren't driving me nutty or something 

Ha Ha Ha......I went to my sister's for turkey day bra less with a sweater on 

I couldn't help but notice everyone's focus drift towards my new found friends 

After years of wearing store-boughts, the best thing for me is that I'm getting home-growns.
