ENDA is basically dead for 2009 based on the signals coming from the Hill; it's nice to know that this Congress believes that employment protections for LGBT employees are a back burner issue and those who vulnerable and without any state protections can continue to twist in the wind. LGBT orgs registered their anger in a joint press release.
