i just want to take this opportunity to introduce myself to the community here at Susan's. My name is Janessa and I am a 26 year old MtF who just went full time about 5 months ago. I have never joined a forum so this is officially my first post ever...so yippy! Anywho, I decided to join a group to try and reach out to other TG MtF for support and guidence as I go through my journey. I like the content of the forum so far there are so many topics that are covered...I think I can see this place being my home for purposes of discussion and reaching out to others!

no im not a mod they will be welcoming you soon their are 7200 members i think now so any questions feel free to post what ever you want read enjoy and jump in if you have any insites everyones expeirence is diff and the varied imput helps us all out

I believe FFS and implants do not require any special letter. The medical profession has decided SRS is too permanent.  I have known doctors to give out estrogen to anybody that asks
